We at Baron Associates P.C. have compiled this helpful & informative checklist for you. This checklist is provided for informational & general purposes only and does not constitute legal advice or the opinions of Baron Associates P.C.. If an Accident Occurs
· CALL 911 to get help for anyone badly injured & for the police to assist in the accident investigation.
· GATHER ALL THE INFORMATION, as set forth in this document along with other relevant information that is necessary. 
· DO NOT DISCUSS the accident with anyone, except as required to assist in the police investigation. Always make sure the police have your version of how the accident occurred.
· Take photos of your vehicle's damage & the accident scene as well as any other vehicles involved in the accident, if possible.
· Take notice if any admissions were made, by whom they were made, to whom they were said, and the content of any statements. Also try to get contact information & telephone numbers for any witnesses.
· Immediately notify your own Insurance Company of the accident, in compliance with your policy. Be sure to provide them with all relevant information to set up their claim.
